Holy Week at St Patrick's Cathedral
We are pleased to share that our Holy Week liturgies at St Patrick's Cathedral will now be televised live on C31 (as well as live streamed on our website here and YouTube Channel). This includes usual daily Mass (1pm).
While it will be difficult to not be physically present during these liturgies that commemorate and celebrate this most sacred time in our Church, we hope that by televising the liturgies, more Melburnians will now have access – particularly those who might be limited to television viewing only. We invite you to come together in your households and families, uniting with the Church in Melbourne and the whole world to celebrate these liturgies in your homes. Monday 6 April, Evening Vespers @ Carmelite Monastery
Join the Carmelite Sisters for a time of prayer and reflection at the Carmelite Monastery, the national shrine for St Therese of Lisieux. The relics of St Therese and her parents, Saints Louis and Zelie Martin, are currently residing at the Monastery where they will stay throughout Holy Week. The Sisters extend a special invitation to everyone to join them for evening prayer from 5.30pm tonight (Monday 6 April) and Tuesday 7 April.
