The presentation and discussion, presented by Catholic Social Services Victoria, will be led by Daniel Mulino MP. An economics PhD from Yale, Daniel Mulino worked as a public servant, political adviser at state and federal level, and a consultant prior to his election as MLC for Eastern Victoria November 2014. The morning’s topic, ‘Understanding the Victorian Budget: 2017 and Looking to the Future’.
