Method

Place the cream, chopped Mars® bars and Copha® into a bowl and place over a double boiler to melt. When melted, remove from the heat and pour in the Rice Bubbles®. Mix well until all the Rice Bubbles® are covered. Line the muffin tins with cupcake paper cases. Using a small spoon, divide the mixture evenly among the paper cases. Place in the fridge and allow to set for two hours.

When the mixture has set, melt the white chocolate in the microwave and then gently pour over the top of each crackle to look like snow. Top with red Smarties® and allow the chocolate to set.

Serving

Place on a serving platter for a wonderful Christmas treat.
