DAVID Lawrence is a secondary school teacher at a Catholic college in Melbourne. He teaches French, English and Religious Education. Before teaching he worked in the banking and finance sector. He is now the author of two books, The Professor, the Emperor and the Crocodile and Home Run, with many more in store. 

Bishop Paride Taban Kenyi: a man of peace

PARIDE Taban Kenyi was born in Opari, Eastern Equatoria, in 1936. When he was four years old, his family was taken to Katire, a sawmill town founded by the British, where he was raised. He completed his schooling at Loa Catholic Mission and was baptised there, aged 15.
