11 years of memories with Bishop Peter Elliott

Pope Francis announced last week that he has accepted Bishop Elliott’s resignation, which he submitted recently upon reaching the retirement age of 75. Bishop Elliott had been appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Melbourne in 2007.

This week we spoke to the outgoing Bishop to reflect on his time in the Archdiocese of Melbourne, his favourite memories and his early life.
