Large numbers of prospective students attended the Catholic Theological College (CTC) Open Day in East Melbourne yesterday.
CTC offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, while also offering students the chance to enrol in single units for interest rather than for assessment.

Yesterday’s session commenced with presentations by Rev Dr Kevin Lenehan, Master at CTC, and Dr Rosemary Canavan, Academic Dean.

Also presenting was Rev. Dr Phillip Gleeson who presented from a lecturer’s perspective. This was particularly interesting as it gave the attendees an insight as to how Rev Gleeson came to be a lecturer and the unique relationship that lecturers and students build during their time at CTC. He also spoke about benefits of studying at CTC which include the sense of community, shared faith, small class sizes and the engaging model of teaching and learning.

The session concluded with a tour of the building and refreshments which gave the attendees an opportunity to mingle with current students and lecturers.
For more information visit or contact Mr John Bartholomeusz, Assistant Dean, on 03 9412 3333.
